Used with an outside micrometer for measuring inside diameter of bores.
Extra long for gaging deep and shallow holes, slots and similar work pieces.
Gaging surface is fully hardened to insure long tool life.
4 sizes of gages are supplied in a fitted case.
Spherical measuring faces hardened, tool adjustment shaft satin chrome finish.
Tail with locking device. Tighten clockwise and loosen when counterclockwise.
Instructions:
A spring piston that telescopes in the bore enables internal diameter detection, which is measured with a micrometer or caliper. (Knurled locking device at the end.)
Package Included:Using method:
1. Loosen the inner hole gauge and place it in the object to be measured.
2. Tighten clockwise and make one rotation to ensure tightening.
3. After the measurement is correct, tighten the lock clockwise.
4. After locking, measure the inner diameter data with a caliper.
